Rules
A project has officially started once I've sent you a paypal invoice for payment, and you have paid it.
Projects typically take two weeks for me to finish. If a project I started for you will take longer than that, I will let you know.
I may refuse to take on a project for any reason. If I wish to discontinue a project you've already paid for, you will be notified and I will give you a full refund, no matter what stage of progress I am at.
If you wish to discontinue a project with me, I will issue a refund in full if I am still working in the sketch phase, and a 50% discount at any point afterword. You may keep and use any Work In Progress (WIP) images I sent before your refund request.
I determine my own working hours, but I will give you updates as the work progresses. You may ask for updates, but please don't message me throughout the day every single day.
I may post any work I've made for you online, unless you explicitly state you don't want me to. I am also not obligated to post work I've made for you online.
You may use the work you've paid me to do for any purpose.
